Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche die unsere Kinder in eurer Skischule haben durften. Während andere Schulen in der Nachsaison nur noch einzelne Privatstunden angeboten haben, habt Ihr kleine Gruppen zusammengestellt und nicht nur unsere Kinder hatten eine total tolle Woche.
Danke auch, dass Ihr die Skischulzeiten an die Schneeverhältnisse angepasst habt.

Jeden Tag, wenn wir unsere Kinder abholen, schauen wir in lachende Gesichter und hören, was sie alles gelernt haben und wie toll Skifahren ist. Ganz ganz vielen Dank besonders an Ana, David und Johnny!!!

Amateur experience with the office (Stefano and Matthias).

Due to personal circumstances which we clearly stated in advance, we booked and got confirmed private lessons for a very specific daily time slot and did so 2 months in advance.

The office mistakenly changed the time unilaterally without prior notice however. This resulted in the instructor leaving the lesson after only 30 minutes. And for the remainder of the week our family holiday schedule with other appointments to be changed all over creating a mess and frustration in order to accommodate for the school’s new slot.

We got lots of free apologies per e-mail, but never did Stefano or Matthias pro-actively offer a solution. Especially as a 30 mins lesson (of which half of the time is spent in the lift) is of course practically useless.

But oh boy, did they make sure to remind us several times that we would still need to pay for those 30 minutes.

Stefano and Matthias got many opportunities to genuinely make things right but only offered an afternoon slot at a time the snow is melted and were otherwise only focussed about getting paid the full price for their bad service.

Resulting in them at the end even trying to charge us for the first lesson twice by overlooking our downpayment.

All in all - mistakes can happen - even twice in a row - but Stefano’s and Mathias inability to genuinely mirror their supposed regret by coming up with a suitable solution is appalling.

One of my friend suggest me to take lessons in the Top Ski Piculin. By the way I’am from Thailand , so without any knowledge about winter sports. In a six days, two hours per day my teacher FAUSTO gave me a knowledge and self confidence to ski on any blue or red slopes on the Kronplatz.
